SKI TOWN SOUR 12

In a slight departure from a typical “sour”. This drink is tart and juicy, with a backbone of Bourbon.
Very winter friendly and drinkable. Rye, Amaro Abano (think cinnamon, cardamon and bitter orange) Cider, Lemon and Demerara Syrup.

GINGER SQUEEZE 12

A riff on a Moscow Mule, this long drink combines vodka and Montenegro with bracing fever tree ginger beer.
Titos, Montenegro, Ginger Beer and a little lime.

SIP O’ SAGE BREW 12

With a slight nod to Lawson’s Finest, this is the closest we’ll come to a Tiki bar.
